Hip, cool, funky. We are hoping you leave with great thoughts. We love New York and we are hoping that staying here will give you an insider feel to life in New York
We talk a lot, so ask us all your questions. We'll tell you as much as we know. We want you to have a fun time, so here are some of the services we offer (* for a small fee)- Laundry service (*)
- Picnic basket, summer only
- Total Americana: Ice-cream/All american ice pops, summer only
- More Americana: fixings for peanut butter and jelly sandwiches (you just have to ask us)
- A survey shows that our customers prefer beer to wine. So we have a list of all the really cool beers around and where to find them, one is even "brewed" in Harlem
- Car service: We can arrange for drop-off to the JFK. We do not do pick-ups as it is very easy to catch a yellow cab (if that is what you want) and it is cheaper (*)
To keep costs down, we are a self-service kinda place, and although we are a budget operation, we offer minimal maid service. We want you to be completely independent, so you get your own keys to let yourself in and out.

....you didn't come to New York to get the "same old", "same old". Our rooms are about the places we dream off, the places we love, but always with a touch to make you think. We don't have any white walls. Instead we have created a warm restful cocoon.

So we didn't tell you about our lovely street, or the beauty of this mansion, or how nice the rooms are. Of course not! What matters is that you don't break the bank in order to have a comfortable, clean, secure place to have a wonderful night's sleep in NYC and that you like it so much you tell your friends....... Well we are hoping you will!
